We collect operational data necessary to perform dynamic route optimization, including: driver GPS coordinates, vehicle telemetry, delivery recipient addresses, phone numbers for SMS tracking notifications, and digital proof-of-delivery timestamps.
2. Data Encryption Standards
All data transmitted between the Routerizon Web Console, Driver Mobile Apps, and API endpoints is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Telemetry and customer database records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 with strict key rotation policies.
3. Regional Data Residency Compliance
For our clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, Routerizon provides local cloud data hosting compliant with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
4. Salla & Zid Data Handling
Customer information received via Salla and Zid webhook integrations is processed strictly for the duration of fulfillment and delivery verification. We do not sell or monetize merchant customer records.
